When will my order ship?
Orders go out as soon as the coffee is roasted, so timing depends on where your order lands in the roast schedule. Most orders ship within about five business days, and standard delivery takes another 3–8 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email when yours is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8 within the United States, free on orders over $60. Express is $15.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we ship within the United States for now.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed we're not able to change or cancel it. If something's wrong — the wrong size, or the wrong address — email us right away and we'll do what we can before it ships.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Coffee is perishable, so we can't take a bag back because it wasn't to your taste — but if something's faulty or we sent the wrong thing, that's on us. Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

- 0:30 — pour to 115 g
- 1:05 — pour to 185 g
- 1:35 — pour to 255 g
Total brew time: about 2:20. Washed coffees tend to run a little longer, naturals a little shorter.
