White peach, not yellow — softer, more floral, none of that sharp edge. If you've had a good one in late summer you know the difference.

Honey underneath. Jasmine on the aroma, which surprised me on a Caturra. Body's medium-light, finish just kind of lingers.

The quiet one of the three. Doesn't grab you, just doesn't let go either.
