The first cup I made of this, I brewed it too hot and got nothing but sugar. Second try, cooler water, and the lychee showed up all at once — canned lychee, syrup and all, plus a rose thing sitting right behind it.

So: don't rush it. There's a lot in here but it doesn't come out under pressure.

Light body, soft acidity. Sweet the whole way through the cup. Of the three co-ferments from Los Arboles, this is the one people ask about.
