Wush Wush is a place in southwest Ethiopia, and the variety takes its name from it. It only reached Colombia in the last decade or so. The trees are weak, the yields are low, and very few farms bother with it.

They bother because of the lychee.

Dried whole in the cherry. Lychee first and it's not subtle — this is the coffee that tastes like fruit people don't expect from coffee. Strawberry behind it, cinnamon on the finish. Light body, sweet, a little wild.
